What we do
Over the years, we have helped many event organisers to evolve and improve their events through a better understanding of their behaviours, which is one of the many reasons we have retained so many of our clients for so many years.
The Iceni Event Solutions team has extensive on-the-ground experience in the events sector, working with clients around the world across a large spectrum of events, including conferences, exhibitions, live and secure events.
We understand the important role that registration and the use of data plays in delivering both the marketing strategy and a seamless onsite experience.
How we do it
Every Iceni client is assigned their own account manager, alongside a shadow account manager, who will be available throughout the event cycle to ensure everything goes to plan. With Iceni, you’ll always have a point of contact when you need them.
We are with you for the whole journey. From the outset and roll out of your project, our team of account managers, customer support staff and technical and data geeks will ensure you have the support and resources you need to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
We work with both marketing and operations teams in advance of the event to ensure we have all options covered.
Our plan will consider risk assessment and security analysis, staffing, provision and issue of badges, venue layout and registration/access control positioning, queue management, venue facilities and integration with onsite teams, as well as other pertinent factors.
